Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

You may use Alley AI to run legitimate seller, creator, analytics, support, and content operations in a way that complies with applicable law, third-party platform rules, and our Terms.

2. Prohibited Use

You must not use Alley AI to:

• Break the law, violate third-party rights, or facilitate fraud, scams, or deceptive marketing.
• Send spam, harassing, threatening, or deceptive messages.
• Upload or distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful code.
• Scrape or harvest data from Alley AI or third-party platforms beyond authorized APIs and permissions.
• Share credentials, sell account access, or allow unauthorized third parties to operate your account.
• Use Alley AI to post or promote counterfeit, illegal, infringing, or prohibited goods or services.
• Interfere with service stability, rate limits, abuse controls, or security features.

3. TikTok-Specific Rules

If you connect TikTok services, you must also comply with TikTok's platform rules, developer terms, community guidelines, moderation rules, and approval requirements.

• Do not use Alley AI to evade TikTok scope restrictions, moderation, account reviews, or Content Posting API approval requirements.
• Do not attempt to use disabled Content Posting endpoints or outreach-draft workflows as a substitute for permissions you do not have.
• Do not misrepresent the source of a message, product, or collaboration.
• Do not assume TikTok will approve, publish, or continue supporting any workflow simply because Alley AI integrates with TikTok services.

4. Outreach and Messaging Rules

Alley AI may help draft, organize, and queue outreach materials. You remain responsible for what you send manually outside Alley AI.

• Review AI-generated text before using it.
• Honor recipient preferences and do not continue unwanted contact.
• Do not impersonate brands, creators, buyers, or Alley AI personnel.
• Do not claim endorsements, approvals, or rates that you do not actually have.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action that includes warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination. Serious issues may also be referred to third-party platforms or legal authorities where appropriate.
