Refund Policy

This page explains the seven-day free trial, cancellations, renewals, and refund requests for subscriptions billed through Stripe.
1. Seven-Day Free Trial
Eligible new customers can try any Alley AI paid plan free for seven calendar days. Stripe securely collects a payment method at checkout, but the first subscription charge is not made until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to prevent that charge.
The trial applies once per customer, account, or billing profile. It does not restart after a cancellation, resubscription, plan change, or creation of another account.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel an active subscription through the Alley AI billing settings or the Stripe customer portal made available through your account. Cancellation ends the subscription and premium access immediately.
Cancellation during the trial prevents the first charge. After billing begins, cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not create a prorated refund or credit for an unused paid period, except where required by law or approved by Alley AI in writing.
3. Standard Refund Rule
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved by Alley AI in writing. This includes partial billing periods, unused time, unused feature limits, and plan access you chose not to use.
4. Refund Requests We May Review
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, especially for:
- Duplicate charges or clear billing errors.
- Charges made immediately after a documented failed cancellation attempt.
- Material Alley AI platform failures that prevented access to the paid service for a significant portion of the billing period.
5. Situations That Normally Are Not Refundable
- Renewal charges when the subscription was not canceled before the renewal date.
- Partial-period usage after a subscription renewed successfully.
- Feature limitations or outages caused by third-party platforms, including TikTok approval changes, creator-level restrictions, or external API outages.
- Accounts suspended for violations of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
If we approve a refund, it is generally returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on Stripe, your card network, and your bank.
7. Contact for Billing Help
For billing issues or refund requests, email Contact support from the email address on your account and include the reason for your request.
